Welcome to Tropismatic Consulting, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, services, coaching sessions, workshops, and any materials provided through www.tropismaticconsulting.com (“Site”).

By accessing our Site or booking services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our Site or Services.

1. Services Provided

Tropismatic Consulting, LLC offers:

  • Individual coaching sessions

  • Strengths-based coaching using the CliftonStrengths® framework

  • Manager coaching

  • Team or organizational workshops

Coaching services are developmental and educational in nature.

We are not mental health professionals, medical providers, legal advisors, or financial advisors.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to book or participate in services.

3. Booking, Payments, & Pricing

3.1 Booking & Payment

  • All sessions must be booked through our online scheduling system.

  • Payment is processed securely through Stripe at the time of booking.

  • Prices are listed on the booking page and may change at any time.

3.2 Introductory Pricing

From time to time, we may offer promotional or introductory pricing.

Such offers are temporary and may be discontinued at our discretion.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

We strive to honor your time and request the same courtesy in return.

4.1 Standard Policy

  • Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled session are eligible for a partial refund, equal to the original payment minus a $50 administrative fee.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are non-refundable.

4.2 Rescheduling

  • Sessions may be rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance at no charge.

  • If you fail to attend a session (“no-show”), the session is non-refundable.

4.3 Refund Exceptions

Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis in the event of documented emergencies.

5. Client Responsibilities

By participating in coaching, you agree to:

  • Attend sessions on time

  • Participate honestly and constructively

  • Be responsible for your own decisions, outcomes, and actions

  • Understand that coaching results vary by individual effort, readiness, and engagement

You acknowledge that coaching does not guarantee specific outcomes.

6. No Professional Advice (Important Disclaimer)

Coaching services provided by Tropismatic Consulting, LLC are not a substitute for:

  • Mental health therapy

  • Medical care

  • Legal advice

  • Financial advising

  • Crisis intervention

You are solely responsible for seeking qualified professional support when needed.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our Site and within our Services—including text, graphics, frameworks, exercises, session materials, worksheets, branding, and design—is the intellectual property of Tropismatic Consulting, LLC unless otherwise noted.

You may not:

  • Copy, distribute, or reproduce materials

  • Share worksheets or exercises without permission

  • Modify or republish content

  • Use our branding, logo, or designs without authorization

We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Gallup.

8. Consent to Contact

By booking a session or submitting a form, you agree that we may contact you by email for:

  • Scheduling

  • Coaching follow-ups

  • Administrative purposes

  • Optional marketing communications (you may unsubscribe at any time)

9. Privacy

Your use of our Site and Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

10. Limitations of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Tropismatic Consulting, LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your participation in coaching or use of our Site.

  • Your sole remedy in the event of dissatisfaction is to discontinue use of our Services.

11. Links to Third-Party Services

Our Site may contain links to third-party platforms (e.g., Stripe, Google, Squarespace). We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

12. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our Site or Services means you accept the revised Terms.
